Terms & Conditions
1. Admissions Policy:
• Eligibility: Students must have basic prerequisite before joining any courses.
• Registration: All students must complete the registration form and pay the tuition fee before the start of the course.

2. Payment and Fees Policy:
• Tuition Fee: Depending on course
• Payment Deadline: Full payment is required prior to the start of the course to secure a spot.
Refund Policy:
• Full refund if the student withdraws at least 7 days before the course starts.
• 50% refund if withdrawal occurs within the first week of the course.
• No refunds after the first week.
• Payment Method: Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other approved methods.
For individual courses a refund is only issued After a student enrolls and during the 1st week after taking one class may choose to stop classes and will receive a full refund.
3. Attendance Policy:
• Class Schedule: will be noted in course description.
• Punctuality: Students are expected to log in 5 minutes before the class starts.
• Absence: Depended on if courses are one on one or group classes.
• Students are allowed a maximum of 10 absences per course.
• If a student misses more than 10 classes, they may not receive the course completion certificate.
• Make-up Classes: No make-up classes will be offered unless the teacher cancels a session.
4. Code of Conduct:
• Respect: Students must treat instructors and fellow classmates with respect at all times.
• Participation: Active participation is encouraged to enhance the learning experience.
• Classroom Etiquette: Students should keep their cameras on during class unless they have permission to turn them off. Microphones should be muted unless speaking.
• Language: Classes will be conducted in Arabic and/or English, and students are expected to communicate in a respectful manner.
5. Centers Integrity Policy:
• Honesty: Students must submit their own work and are prohibited from cheating or using unauthorized materials during assessments.
• Plagiarism: Copying content from other sources without proper attribution is not allowed.
• Consequences: Violations of centers integrity may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.
6. Privacy Policy:
• Data Collection: Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
• Student Recordings: Classes may be recorded for quality assurance and review. By enrolling, students consent to being recorded during class sessions, with the exception of the women.
• Confidentiality: Students should not share course materials, recordings, or other proprietary content outside of the class.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
• Instructor Cancellations: If an instructor needs to cancel a class, students will be notified in advance. A make-up class will be scheduled.
• Student Cancellations: Students must inform the instructor in advance if they cannot attend a class. Classes are not able to be made up, however the classes will be recorded with the exception of women's classes and recording will be available for the students unless notified otherwise.
8. Certification Policy:
• Completion Requirements: Students must attend at least 80% of the classes, complete all assignments, and pass the final assessment if applicable to receive a certificate,
• Issuance: Certificates will be signed by Shaykh Abdur-Rahman Kooni and the instructor then issued after course completion.
9. Technical Requirements:
• Internet Access: Students must have a stable internet connection to participate in online classes via Zoom, google classroom or telegram.
• Devices: A laptop or desktop with a webcam and microphone is recommended. Tablets or smartphones will work but may not provide the best learning experience.
• Software: Students must have Zoom, google classroom or telegram installed and set up before the first class.
10. Grievance Policy:
• Complaints: If a student has a concern or complaint, they should first address it with the instructor. If unresolved, they may escalate it to the school administration via email.
• Resolution: All grievances will be handled promptly and fairly.

The above policy is mainly for prescheduled courses that have a curriculum. For any customized lessons please see below policy:
REFUNDS: For individual courses a refund is only issued After a student enrolls and during the 1st week after taking one class may choose to stop classes and will receive a full refund.
ATTENDANCE: student is required to give teacher an adviced notice if unable to attend class. There after the class will be rescheduled. If a teacher needs to reschedule the class will be made up before completion of the month. If a Student cancels class at the time of Class with prior notice the Teacher has the option of counting it as a class.

Pay on a monthly basis at beginning of each month or before new sessions begin

May take hour sessions upon request
Class fee will be due before starting classes

One on One: $ 15.00 per 45min/1 hour session for MEN
One on One: $13.00 per 45min/1 hour session for WOMEN
Group of 2: $ 8.50 per hour session (Based on availability)

Group of 3: $ 7.00 per hour session (Based on availability)

Group of 4/5: $ 6.00 per hour session

Group of 5: $ 5.00 per hour session

Please note that the $4 or $5 fee will be added on to the monthly fee for classes to send fees abroad to instructors.
Enrollement & Registration (one time) fee: $ 20.00
Plus, Class fee will be due before starting classes
